As a Deal Execution Manager, you will play an important role in driving Bolt’s global expansion within the Franchise & Partner Markets team. You will support the execution of strategic deals across all stages of the transaction lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with prospective franchise and partner market owners.

•     <point>Manage transaction processes and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.</point>
•     <point>Collaborate internally on market research and analysis for new expansion projects.</point>
•     <point>Actively participate in structuring and negotiating commercial terms and legal documentation.</point>
•     <point>Maintain investor communication and develop strong relationships with them.</point>
