What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Talent Management support for assigned areas of the business and/or for specific Talent Management processes. • Works closely with HRBP, HR process owners and other stakeholders on all aspects of assigned tasks. • With HRBP, engages with supported clients / stakeholders to understand:  o Business priorities, challenges, threats, and anticipated changes, and  o Current strengths and weaknesses of the organization, including structural, cultural and talent. • Assists with development of an integrated Talent Management approach to sustainably enhance the organization’s capabilities; areas of support may include:  o Performance assessment,  o Succession and replacement planning,  o Leadership development,  o Organization development (e.g., team development, team building) and  o Associate engagement. • May engage with vendors and outside experts to deliver or facilitate Talent Management processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
