What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Recruiter on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to own the full life-cycle recruitment process primarily linked to dedicated investment hiring across Stanley Black & Decker in Germany.

Specifically, you will:

• Independently deliver end to end recruiting in Germany predominantly in the commercial hiring space
• Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on the full recruitment process
• ATS optimization, ensuring the ATS candidate flow is adhered
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a broad range of positions from inception through to completion.  You will collaborate with business hiring managers, and HR colleagues and will execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for our organization. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.

You’re creative and look at situations with an open mind but can navigate a complex, large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

• Experienced in full cycle recruiting
• Demonstrable recruiting experience in an internal setting
• Ability to partner collaboratively with senior stakeholders
• Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• You understand the importance of driving ATS use and data integrity.
