The Opportunity

Midtown is seeking a dynamic and passionate Regional Membership Sales Director to lead and energize our Membership Advisor team, helping them unlock their potential and connect more people to the Midtown experience. If you're a strategic thinker, a natural coach, and a relationship-builder who leads with heart, we’d love to meet you. The base salary for this role is $70,000 (excluding commission and bonuses).

What you’ll do

• Cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales culture

• Coach and empower advisors to exceed their goals

• Develop and implement creative sales strategies collaboratively with our Sales Leadership Team that align with Midtown’s mission and values.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the Midtown experience

• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and our active communities

• Serve as a full member of the club’s cross-functional Senior Leadership Team to deliver a seamless member experience

• Represent the Midtown brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of team success

• 5+ years of total sales experience, ideally in a consultative, relationship-driven, environment

• A proven ability to inspire and influence

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A passion for wellness, community, and personal development
