THE WORK:

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and secure software delivery.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Lead project team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure successful delivery and continuous growth of team members.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab) and automate deployments using Jenkins.
• Support cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards across all environments.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering, ideally in a senior capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with Jenkins and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Practical experience with at least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good command of Polish and English (spoken and written).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to OpenShift environments.
• Background in network engineering or infrastructure design.
