Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you can make a real impact in a fast-paced financial environment? We are seeking a talented, passionate, driven Sales Manager to join our Derivatives & Clearing Sales Team, based in Amsterdam. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders across Europe, and reports to the Head of the Derivatives & ETFs Sales based in Paris.  You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of multi-asset class execution and clearing services, all within a progressive, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Enhance Strategic Growth: Drive sales, prospection and business development for Euronext’s core products, as well as upcoming product launches in the derivatives trading and clearing space. This includes working with a diverse range of clients such as trading members, market makers, liquidity providers, and buy-side companies.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term, meaningful relationships with buy and sell-side counterparts, positioning Euronext as the go-to partner for their trading and clearing needs.
  • Drive Innovation and Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions. Collaborate with product and management teams to create new product opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Drive Results: Take ownership of revenue generation, ensuring successful conversions and offering customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions to ensure a seamless, client-focused experience, fostering a cohesive approach across the organization.

Your Profile:

  • Proven Expertise: You have a strong background in sales within the financial sector, with established relationships in this market as well as a good understanding of derivatives & clearing. Preferred experience: Sales trading at a broker or a bank.
  • Market Knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of the European listed & OTC derivatives market structures and have a broad understanding of client needs across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and repo.
  • Client-Centric Approach: You possess outstanding client-facing skills, cultivating trust and effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive strong, lasting relationships.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Your strong business insight and ability to convert sales into tangible revenue sets you apart.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You excel in both written and verbal communication, able to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision while ensuring attention to detail and a strategic perspective.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of other European languages is a bonus.
  • Team Player: You’re open, collaborative, and customer-oriented, with a passion for results and a numbers-driven mindset.
