Are you a strategic planner with a passion for coordination and cross-functional collaboration? FMC is looking for a Master Scheduler to lead the 16-week production planning horizon for our formulated products across internal and toll manufacturing sites. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with global and regional teams to ensure schedule stability, resolve supply issues, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain a balanced 16-week master schedule for plants and tollers, ensuring alignment with global demand.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Coordinate with manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, and regulatory teams to confirm plans and manage deviations.
• Resolve Supply Issues: Analyze root causes of disruptions and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule stability and on-time fulfillment.
• Drive Decision-Making: Support volume allocation decisions across regions and product lines in collaboration with planning and commercial teams.
• Utilize Planning Tools: Execute scheduling processes in SAP and IBP, and review capacity utilization weekly to ensure readiness.

What You Bring

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain roles (e.g., Master Scheduler, Supply Planner, Demand Planning, Supply Planning Analyst etc).
• Proficiency in SAP MRP and SAP IBP. Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
