FP&A MANAGER – ONCOLOGY BUSINESS PARTNER

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated business partner to the Oncology brand teams, providing financial analysis, insights, and strategic support to drive business performance;
• Analyze actual financial results versus projections, with a focus on the monthly P&L, operational expenses, and Oncology brand investments;
• Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare budgets and rolling forecasts, collecting and consolidating data, and providing scenario analysis;
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, data-driven reports and presentations for Oncology management and corporate Headquarters, utilizing advanced analytics;
• Support the evaluation and review of commercial policies for Oncology products, including new launches and in-market portfolio;
• Drive value-added analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize return on investments;
• Conduct detailed opex analyses, ensuring optimal resource allocation for Oncology priorities;
• Leverage automation and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline financial processes and improve forecasting accuracy;
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and automate current processes, promoting efficiency and data integrity.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong working relationships with Oncology and cross-functional teams;
• Proactive approach, capable of progressing projects and analysis with minimal supervision;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; experience with AI-driven analytics platforms;
• Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g., SAP, SAP BI, Hyperion) is a plus;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
