About the Role

R聚焦新人发展，实施新人培训，维护及推动新人荣誉体系，助力新人绩效目标的实现。

职位描述：

1.推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；

2.新人销售及客户经营平台运作，提升从业信心并推动新人提升业绩；

3.实施组织新人培训；

4.维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；

5.AL晋升推动

6.为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务

任职要求：

1.大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先

2.5年以上培训工作经验，有同业新人培育及督导经验优先

3.较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力

4.基础英文读写能力

5.熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
