Job Title: Manager, Premium Sales

Job Summary
The Manager of Premium Sales is responsible for generating revenue across all areas of the business, with a primary focus on premium sales. This includes FC Cincinnati suite inventory, hospitality offerings, and premium packages, while also selling full season equivalents and group ticket products. This position builds and maintains strong relationships with premium and non premium clients through high level sales and service and effective cross departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include prospecting, selling, and managing accounts across multiple product lines to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely CRM documentation, assisting with matchday events and premium hospitality execution, and supporting organizational initiatives as needed. Through consistent performance, professionalism, and leadership, this role will directly support the club’s strategic revenue growth and long term success.
