Working as part of the Client Services Ops team in conjunction with Client Management to provide day to day support to institutional clients primarily on audit related queries.

Log, track and respond to all requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Additional responsibilities will involve supporting the wider Client Service Ops team with day to day activities.

Contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of data.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive and acknowledge the audit instruction
  • Log audit requests and all subsequent requests received via email on the CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure all remain within SLA
  • Gather, consolidate, review information from various Internal teams, systems and external service providers
  • Package and send the necessary information to satisfy the request
  • Produce and deliver monthly MI stats
  • Act as primary audit interface at all levels of the organisation
  • Assist Client Service Ops Managers with Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering reviews
  • Work as part of a team providing cover for Client Service Ops whenever required

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Operational contact for Client Management teams, clients and clients’ third party providers.
  • Assist Client Service Ops Managers with operational aspects of client transition events including timely account set ups and terminations
  • Oversee timely and accurate data delivery
  • Undertake 4-eye checks on processing activities undertaken by colleagues

Additional information / required experience, knowledge and qualifications:

 

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

  • A good understand of Asset Management and specifically client service and investment operations gathered from roles in the industry over 3+years
  • Awareness of the financial services industry, product types, markets, and instruments
  • Audit experience and knowledge of derivatives desirable but not essential
