We're rapidly growing after our Series B and seeking a talented Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for a B2B SaaS business. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day execution of paid acquisition campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CTV, podcasts, newsletters, etc.), including campaign setup, budget pacing, and creative testing
Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key growth metrics and learnings
Coordinate with creative team on asset requirements, trafficking ads, and ensuring proper tracking implementation
Own outbound email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including list segmentation, template creation, delivery scheduling, and performance analysis
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and A/B testing. Support overall testing strategy by implementing tests, documenting insights and learnings, reporting, and sharing across teams.
Assist with campaign forecasting, budget planning, and performance projections
Maintain organized documentation of campaign structures, creative assets, and historical performance
