Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization.
- Experience in customizing and extending Aras Innovator platform to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within customized applications effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration related to Aras Innovator.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
