Job Description:

The Registered Nurse Infusion Manager leads day-to-day operations of assigned infusion department(s), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care grounded in Intermountain’s Fundamentals of Care. This role is responsible for operational oversight, budget and financial performance, quality improvement, service line growth, and people leadership. Partnering closely with service line leadership, providers, and caregivers, the Infusion Manager ensures safe, efficient, and high‑value specialty care for the communities we serve.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

  • Three (3) years of experience in progressively responsible healthcare leadership roles.

  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience.

  • Experience in budget development and management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.

  • Experience or background in the assigned area of oversight.

  • Oncology nursing experience.

  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification.

  • Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.

  • See, read, and operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.

  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$44.33 - $68.42
