We're looking for an Editorial Associate - Consumer Programming to support the audience-growth content initiatives of the team. This position will be responsible for research, coordinating promotional campaigns and preparing reports and assembling content program materials. The editorial associate will also manage wrap reports, audience targeting and data reporting.   The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with excellent cross-functional and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Tracking daily assignments, deliverables, deadlines
  • Copy writing for promotional campaigns
  • Supporting the development of partnerships with editorial partners and creators 
  • Research and preparation for interviews and content features
  • Assembling and building CRM campaigns
  • Managing audience segmentation and targeting
  • Contributing to and maintaining ongoing editorial calendar updates 
  • Managing design and data requests
  • Overall support for the Consumer Programming Team
  • Manage timelines for all features
  • Liaising with social and marketing counterparts
  • Compiling campaign wrap reports for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Track data and performance of content campaigns
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in music
  • Timely event coverage and recaps (i.e. events/award shows or timely events)

Background & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1 year of experience in the music industry, editorial, media or tech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
