Summary: 1. Guides the workstreams by taking the role of a coach, facilitator and mentor to strengthen the delivery as a team. 2. Supports the Workstream by removing impediments that hinder their progress and facilitates team-level events to help them focusing on their actual work. 3. Jointly with the Agile team, the Scrum Master maintains and monitors team metrics to gain implications of teams’ strengths and potential for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Agile process expert owning the agile ways of working and related events on Workstream-level 2. Help improving the agile ways of working as well as identifying and eliminating waste through constant inspection and adaption as well as regular retrospectives 3. Create transparency on all the work, actively remind on deliverables and actions’, their due dates and status, necessary cross-Workstream collaboration on dependencies, correct ADO data maintenance, DoR & DoD usage, etc. 4. Help GPOs and Functional Leads making dependencies visible and manageable in support of backlog refinement for and planning of upcoming Sprints 5. Visualize and communicate Sprint progress metrics with a focus on (over)due deliverables and actions, impediments and improvement items 6. Track and help resolving or escalating impediments 7. Share good agile practices (from other Workstreams) 8. Encourage self-organization Professional & Technical Skills: 1. expert knowledge about Agile methodology 2. Good team building, motivation and conflict resolution skills 3. Good organizational skills and experience using ADO in the context of SAP programs implementation 4. English speaking Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
