The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the Program Manager in overseeing contract performance and assumes full authority in their absence. This role manages daily operations, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant healthcare services. The DPM provides operational oversight to nursing and call center managers, reviews performance metrics, supports clinical and quality improvement activities, and helps refine policies, mitigate risks, and maintain subcontractor and stakeholder relationships. The position also partners with IT to advance telehealth innovations and ensure regulatory compliance, serving as a key link between leadership and frontline teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
