What you need to know about this position:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales execution activities for the drugstore channel, with the objective of ensuring the established sales volume. They must provide field support for transfers, assist in commercial order management, ensuring coverage for the drugstore channel. Similarly, they must support inventory management, activities, and accompaniment of base telephonists in the different drug warehouse.

Skills for Nielsen mobilization.
Understanding of portfolio dynamics, product rotation, value perception, and point-of-sale strategies.
Mastery of margins, discounts, bonuses, and consumption behavior in the channel.
Strategic vision to segment clients based on potential, zone, repurchase capacity, and portfolio affinity.
Management of commercial performance indicators (sell-in / sell-out, goal achievement, average ticket, visit frequency, etc.).
Accounts receivable management and control.
Management of agreements under profitability schemes, volumes, and payment terms.
Resolution and establishment of win-win agreements.
Ability to identify value opportunities for both parties (client – company), with a focus on effective closing of commercial agreements.
Monitoring and control of transfers in the different depots, ensuring their registration in the system.
Successful execution of commercial plans, monitoring of sales indicators, and brand positioning at the point of sale.
Relationship building with decision-makers (purchasing managers, administrators, store managers) in different types of drugstores.
Job specific requirements:
Professional degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or customer service.
Knowledge of the operational and commercial functioning of the drugstore channel: chains, independents, distributors.
Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word) and handling mobile sales applications.
Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and prioritization abilities.
