A Day in the Life

You will be joining an international environment and learn about healthcare business first hand. We are not looking for someone with experience, but someone with the right mindset, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. 

Internship details:
•    Start date:  June/July
•    Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another 6 months
•    Working hours: 32 h/week - 40 h/week
•    Working model: hybrid
•    Based in Zagreb
 
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Responsible for working with teams operating within a product group and/ or project group
•    Assisting with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects
•    Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members
•    Investigating and communicating potential opportunities for process improvement 
 
Scope of this internship:
•    Supply management: managing back orders, following up on supply issues and finding replacements, coordinating allocation and shipment process.
•    End-to-End kit management and coordination.
•    Inventory and consignments management
•    Demand Forecast and Planning 
•    Collaboration across organization with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Transportation Teams
 
Required Knowledge:
•    Speak English fluently (preferred at least C1) 
•    Speak Croatian fluently
•    Currently studying or recently graduated
•    Analytical, logical mindset
 
Would be a plus:
•    Degree in Economy, Business or Engineering
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    SAP knowledge
