About the role

Join our Morley Service Centre as a Vehicle Detailer and become part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that takes pride in quality workmanship and great customer service. You’ll be responsible for preparing and detailing vehicles to a high standard, working in a clean, well-equipped workshop alongside supportive colleagues. We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build your skills, with clear pathways to grow your career within RAC.

What you'll be doing:

• Vehicle Cleaning & Presentation: Clean, wash, vacuum, and polish customer/member vehicles to the highest standard, both inside and out

• Vehicle Relocation: Safely move vehicles between service centres and other locations as directed

• Workshop Support: Maintain general workshop presentation - including tidying bays, communal areas, and assisting technicians as needed

• Safety & Compliance: Work within RAC's safety procedures and uphold workplace cleanliness and professionalism

What we're looking for:

• A reliable and punctual team player with a strong attention to detail

• Valid Australian driver's licence (manual licence preferred)

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is desirable but not essential - full training provided

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day

• A can-do attitude and willingness to support the broader team
