Bring Custom Creations to Life with L.L.Bean!

Our Bean for Business team specializes in embroidering company logos, names, and symbols onto iconic L.L.Bean gear, from classic Boat and Tote bags to cozy fleece jackets. Each stitch represents quality, craftsmanship, and pride.

We are currently hiring temporary, full-time Embroidery Machine Operators to work in our Lewiston warehouse to help us deliver these high‑quality, customized products to our corporate customers. No prior experience?  No problem - we’ll train you!

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you would:

  • Operate a computer-guided, multi‑head embroidery machine to stitch logos with precision
  • Select thread colors, thread needles, and measure products to ensure perfect placement
  • Inspect finished embroidery to ensure it meets L.L.Bean quality standards
  • Work closely with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

Here’s what to expect in our warehouse environment:

  • Hands-on, active work that keeps you engaged and moving throughout your shift
  • A team-oriented culture where communication, collaboration, and helping one another are key
  • A production setting with machine activity, some noise, light dust, and fluorescent lighting

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Intermediate (or higher) English skills for reading order specifications

Whether you’re just entering the workforce, returning after time away, or looking for something new, your contribution matters here. No prior warehouse or embroidery experience required—we provide all training.
