Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing software solutions, and ensuring that applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to problem-solving efforts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop, test, and implement software applications using ASP.NET MVC framework. - Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document application processes and provide training to end-users as needed. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web development principles and practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
