A full sales cycle Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from lead through close in our core verticals. They will be responsible for the value they extract from the leads they are given. Full Sales Cycle Account Executives will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines in asking for referrals from the current leads they are assigned and will be responsible for prospecting into their signed customer’s pipelines for expansion opportunities.
In office M-F 8am - 5pm during ramp
Hybrid position: MTW 8am-5pm in office, Th/F flexible WFH after ramp
Reports to Director of Sales
What You Will Own
Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing that deal
Develop new accounts, help to maintain and extend existing accounts within Account Executive’s pipeline
Make 50+ daily cold calls
Negotiate agreements to keep organized and detailed records of sales and data
Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals
Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share AE progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Prior sales experience
Outbound cold calling experience
Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast paced environment
What Will Make Us Love You
Proficient with Salesforce, calling tools and Gong
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Team player and coachable mentality
