We’re looking for a Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant I to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns, investigate measurement and platform issues, and develop creative solutions to client problems. Working from our New York City/Los Angeles office, you’ll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform proactive and reactive analyses for clients in order to increase performance and drive revenue

  • Be an expert on Snap’s ad platform, using data to troubleshoot delivery, reporting, ad performance, and campaign optimization queries

  • Build relationships with internal Sales teams as you work together on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on their advertiser’s goals

  • Provide excellent email and video call support to advertisers, agencies, and Snap Sales teams on Snap’s self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions

  • Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Data-driven and able to work with large data sets in Excel to solve business problems, and providing practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Beginner level knowledge of SQL or similar language
     

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field

  • 1+ years in digital advertising, technology or other related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player 

  • Solid understanding of programmatic ad buying and auction marketplace dynamics

  • Ability to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging manner

  • Product expert, knowing Snapchat’s advertising products inside out

  • 1+ years working in Salesforce, Zendesk or similar CRM

  • Flexibility to work assigned on-call shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $64,000-$96,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $61,000-$91,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $54,000-$82,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
