What you'll do: - Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to support business area reporting and decision-making.

- Develop and deliver reports that track trends, inconsistencies, and key business metrics for management review.
- Support business processes by gathering information, organizing data, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance, resolve issues, and recommend solutions aligned with policies.
- Establish and maintain workflows, timelines, and controls to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and adapting to evolving business needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
