The Ad Operations Executive will be a contact point between ad server and internal business. You will play an important role in our Media functional team, constantly working with creative agencies and publisher sites to ensure the delivery of campaigns for our clients.
What You Will Do
Act as liaison with media, creative agencies and publisher sites regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns
Serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units
Screen incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements
Work with third party partners in the Display Network industry such as DSP platforms, DMP, …
Coordinate the scheduling, implementation and rotation of ads, within online advertising campaigns.
Execute creation of HTML tags for Site Partners using DCM, Sizmek, Medialets
Advise & consult with Media teams and Clients regarding advertising technologies, tracking and campaign performance
Execute, optimize, manage and monitor campaign performance and profit.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or media preferred)
At least 1-3 years of working experience in digital media positions, and 1 year in the same position.
Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn for clients and perform complicated campaign analysis
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Good business sense and the ability to manage budget
Strong understanding of all media types, with a strong focus on digital
Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers.
