본 인턴십을 통해 지원자는 Stryker Korea의 Sales & Marketing 업무를 가까이에서 경험하고, 실제 비즈니스 현장과 고객 접점, Commercial Operation, Marketing 및 MedEd 활동을 폭넓게 이해할 수 있습니다.

포지션 개요

Stryker Korea Internship – Sales & Marketing은 총 3개월 Full-time Rotation Program으로 운영됩니다. 인턴은 MedSurg와 Mako 조직을 순환하며 Sales와 Marketing 업무를 모두 경험하게 됩니다.

인턴십 기간

2026년 9월 1일 – 2026년 11월 30일 (총 3개월)

Rotation 구조

- MedSurg 소속: 2026년 9월 1일 – 10월 17일

- Mako 소속: 2026년 10월 18일 – 11월 30일

경험 범위

각 Rotation 기간 동안 Sales 및 Marketing 업무 경험

인턴은 각 분야의 전문가인 Stryker 구성원들과 함께 일하며, 실제 업무 지원과 비즈니스에 기여할 수 있는 프로젝트를 수행하게 됩니다. 이를 통해 Commercial Business, Sales 및 Marketing 커리어에 대한 이해를 넓힐 수 있습니다.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

This Sales & Marketing internship is a 3-month full-time rotation program designed to help you understand Stryker Korea’s commercial business from the inside.

Internship period

September 1 – November 30, 2026

Rotation structure

- MedSurg: September 1 – October 17, 2026

- Mako: October 18 – November 30, 2026

Experience scope

Sales and Marketing exposure across both rotations

You will work alongside Stryker Korea employees who are professionals in their fields. Their perspectives will help you understand our business, its demands and its rewards. You will also be given opportunities to contribute to real work, business-relevant projects and day-to-day commercial activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the medical device industry and commercial business.
• Understand customer touchpoints and sales activities through sales field shadowing, and support related tasks.
• Support sales data analysis and commercial operations.
• Support marketing MedEd programs and customer events.
• Support marketing material development and campaign execution.
• Carry out cross-functional projects or process improvement assignments.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in commercial business, sales or marketing.
• Enjoys learning, adapting and taking on challenges in a new environment.
• Availability to participate in a 3-month full-time internship.
