Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects for the supply chain function transformation using data-driven and AI-based solutions.
• Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new consulting opportunities, pitching Data & AI solutions to potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the Data & AI for SC&O practice.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify improvement opportunities within their supply chain operations, applying innovative Data & AI strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions, from strategy through implementation.
• Stay up to date on trends and advancements in Data & AI technologies and their application within supply chain management.
• Providing guidance to internal teams & clients on leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI
• Build strong client relationships, working closely with them to understand their needs and tailor solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects.

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting for supply chain or supply chain roles with involvement in digital transformation and process improvement.
• Proven experience designing and implementing supply chain optimization strategies
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI foundations, including the use of technologies like Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI to solve operational and logistics challenges.
• Ability to lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic vision to apply Data & AI in real-world business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in selling consulting services or technology-based solutions will be highly valued
• Preferred: Previous experience in consulting firms or agile, dynamic work environments.
