The Country Manager will be responsible for the research, writing/report production and forecasting for 3-4 Market Prognosis countries. The country manager will also  contribute to other MP deliverables like Market Prognosis Global, Regional Overview.

Principal Accountabilities:
•    Deliver high quality forecasts, that include quantitative projections, key issues and events of the market, and change in prognosis; as well as author detailed reports for assigned countries on scheduled timelines.
•    Support the internalization process, ensuring internal report writing is successfully adopted. 
•    Be able to defend and justify forecasts, based on primary and secondary research, IQVIA proprietary data and market expertise established. 
•    Collaborate closely with onshore colleagues and IQVIA offices in assigned countries to ensure consistent and latest models are employed.
•    Build effective relationships with local offices to support primary market research and validation of forecasts and reports.
•    Create documentation (SOPs, Checklists) for projects, and support the team in internal proofing process.
•    Consistently deliver high quality output.

Education: 
•    Graduation in Life Sciences/Pharma related subject + Master’s Degree or MBA. 

Experience:
•    3-7 years of experience in pharmaceuticals analytics/with a minimum of 0.5-2 years of forecasting experience.
•    Experience in syndicated report writing and conducting primary market research or handling client engagements.
Skills: 
•    Syndicated report writing, coming up with succinct analysis and prognosis of market developments
•    Forecasting and modeling, translating the impact of historical trends and future market developments into quantitative estimates
•    Primary market research, with an ability to conduct a conversational dialogue with KOLs on key market issues
•    Secondary research, with an ability to conduct thorough research on markets with limited information and language barriers
•    Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills and excellent reading comprehension skills
•    Working knowledge of the pharma industry
•    Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
