Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address security challenges, monitoring security systems, and implementing best practices to safeguard client data and infrastructure. You will also engage in discussions to enhance security measures and contribute to the overall security strategy of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and analyze security incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational resilience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards. - Provide training and support to team members on security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Firewall Management Operations. - Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies. - Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems. - Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Firewall Management Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
