What the Role Entails

1. Assist in the day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and cost analysis of Tencent's overseas game services and technical platform.
2. Support high-availability efforts for Tencent's overseas account storage systems, including routine health checks.
3. Help improve monitoring and alerting coverage to enhance operational efficiency across overseas platforms.
4. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to support cross-functional operations tasks.

Who We Look For

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Basic familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems. Experience with Shell or Python scripting is a plus.
3. General awareness of cloud platforms (e.g. Tencent Cloud, AWS). Exposure to Kubernetes concepts is a bonus.
4. Basic understanding of MySQL and Redis. Hands-on database experience is preferred.
5. Strong sense of ownership, clear logical thinking, collaborative mindset, and willingness to take on challenging tasks.
6. Basic English reading and writing skills required. Candidates who can communicate in English day-to-day are preferred.
7. Familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools. Candidates with hands-on experience in AI-powered development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools) are preferred.
