Job Description Summary:
This role is in charge of Demand Planning and Product Portfolio. Demand planning role is responsible for managing short, medium & long term demand plans for CPS Korea. Working closely with Plant teams (in particular Planning & Logistics, CRM, Finance) and other Supply Chain Services Function (in particular Customer services & Product portfolio), Bottler and Business unit partners. The role is utilizing in-depth demand analytics and tools expertise to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of collaborative demand plans, while ensuring and integrated and robust demand planning process is in place, consistent with CPS demand planning standards.
In terms of Product Portfolio, the role initiates Project Management process for new product introduction, reformulation, discontinuation, test pack, kit reconfiguration, including source shift, volume shift, value creation initiative and change management, for, but not limited to, the assigned Operating unit. This role ensures timely execution of Product Life-cycle Management, by managing all end to end logistics aspects, through close collaboration with the Operating Unit (SRA, Commercialization, Technical and Finance), GDI and CPS team. The product portfolio specialist also plays a role in CPS Asia product portfolio team through best practice, experience and process sharing.
