Sales Admin & Marketing Co‑ordinator 

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Admin & Marketing Co‑ordinator supports ARK’s growth by providing administrative efficiency across sales operations while coordinating and executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue performance.

This blended role strengthens alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring streamlined processes, effective communication, and consistent delivery of campaigns and customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration

  • Maintain and update CRM/customer databases to ensure accurate, real‑time information (supported as a common responsibility in coordinator roles).
  • Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyse sales data to support performance reviews and forecasting
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, managing documentation, and coordinating internal communications.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and sales collateral as needed.
  • Assist with managing customer queries, relationships, and follow‑ups to ensure a smooth customer experience (aligned with sales‑marketing coordinator role definitions).

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.  
  • Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour, and assess competitor landscape to inform strategy.
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials including social media posts, blog content, brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets
  • Manage or support updates to the company website and social channels.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Track campaign performance via metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Maintain marketing asset inventory and collaborate with external vendors (printers, designers, agencies)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. (A core requirement noted across marketing coordinator roles.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing/digital tools
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make recommendation
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
