About the Role:

Remitly is looking for a growth marketer to lead our programmatic program within our Americas marketing team. You will define and execute the strategy, ensuring it meets our goals, while ensuring all programmatic channels are aligned with our other marketing activity and have a clear plan for future growth. You will sit on the Growth team and report to the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager for the Americas. This role is open to remote candidates. This is an individual contributor role.

You Will:

  • Develop and own our programmatic buying strategy across display, affiliate display, video and audio, with a focus on achieving high levels of efficient growth
  • Work directly in platforms or with agency partners to complete weekly reporting, set up campaigns, implement tagging and complete campaign optimizations
  • Use strong data skills to create hypothesis and testing frameworks to improve campaign performance and inform future campaigns
  • Co-lead programmatic innovation with the programmatic manager in London to adopt relevant tools, identify new BETAs and data sources to drive our programmatic offering forward
  • Partner with our Marketing Tech team to recommend and develop a marketing technology stack for programmatic
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to develop a measurement framework to define success across programmatic channels
  • Monitor industry trends and techniques, always looking for 'what's next' while Identifying new marketing opportunities and improving month-over-month core performance
  • Partner with peers across the wider Global Marketing team including Creative, Analytics and Growth, to support broader marketing campaigns

You Have:

  • 4-5+ years experience working in-house or at an agency with experience growing programmatic programs from strategy to execution, ideally for complex brand who operate across multiple countries and languages.
  • Direct hands-on keyboard experience with programmatic platforms, with deep experience planning and buying self-serve programmatic through some of the following platforms; DV360, TTD, Amazon, Yahoo, Impact Radius, YouTube
  • Experience with marketing technology. You understand the challenges involved with measurement of programmatic activity and have experience developing a technology stack that allows for long-term growth
  • Knowledge of the marketing funnel attribution, and the relationship with specific tactics with clear POVs on tracking, attribution, ad fraud, cookie windows
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting, with a desire to understand the customer
  • Agency and partner management experience across programmatic buying
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, marketing, product, and technology teams to build and use tools to ensure marketing at scale
  • Knowledge of performance media and analytics (can turn data into a story)
  • English language skills are necessary, additional languages are beneficial

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $120,000-$150,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
