We work with enterprises, governments & universities from around the world to provide learning opportunities that enrich the careers of their employees and citizens and drive impact within their companies and countries. Over the three years since we launched, the Enterprise business has grown rapidly and now serves 2,500+ enterprises around the world, across three major business verticals: Coursera for Campus (C4C), Coursera for Business (C4B) and Coursera for Government (C4G).

The C4B Solution Consultant is an Individual Contributor role responsible for engaging with learning leaders at organisations to understand their needs and providing solutions that leverage Coursera's platform and content offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions, and will serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the customer journey. While working with such clients your  key objectives will be to:

  • Understand their business objectives and strategy,
  • Advise them on how they can leverage skilling to meet those objectives 
  • Design learning programmes for their employees (demoing our product where relevant)
  • Guide them on how to integrate it into their own learning programs to produce the best outcomes for their learners

You will have access to the full Coursera catalogue to develop expertise in areas where skilling will be most important for organisations and their employees, and you will be trained to become an expert in the Coursera product.

In addition, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science and Services to support the company’s broader strategic initiatives. This will include influencing Coursera’s L&D  go-to-market strategy, providing feedback for future product development / content sourcing & representing Coursera as a speaker at conferences & webinars.

This role is ideal for someone who can excel as an advisor to corporate learning leaders, is passionate about the impact of learning to transform lives and can adapt quickly within a fast moving company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify client needs and propose solutions that leverage Coursera's platform and content offerings
  • Conduct client discovery sessions and workshops to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements
  • Develop and present proposals, business cases, and other materials to demonstrate the value of Coursera solutions to clients
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Coursera's platform and content offerings, and provide guidance and best practices to clients throughout the customer journey
  • Monitor and analyse client usage and performance data to identify opportunities for product, marketing, and content teams  
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solution Consulting team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Education)
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Consulting, Sales, or Customer Success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex business problems, and to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the EdTech or eLearning industry, skilling, workforce development, working with/selling to businesses
  • Passion for education and technology, with a desire to contribute to the transformation of learning and development
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in both in spoken, written and visual form
  • Deep curiosity and ability to learn quickly 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present your work to external stakeholders including C-suite representatives 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
