岗位职责

焊接质量问题支持与改善

• 快速响应生产现场焊接质量问题，保障生产稳定运行
• 协助开展问题分析并推动改进措施落地
• 负责相关数据收集与整理，为持续改善提供支持

工程变更实施

• 按要求更新作业指导书及相关工艺文件
• 执行现场工艺变更，确保变更有效落地
• 组织并开展一线操作人员培训，确保标准执行

持续改进支持

• 协助推进产线布局优化及效率提升项目
• 进行现场工时测量与数据分析，支持精益改善

新品试制与导入支持

• 参与试制阶段的现场布局规划与准备
• 提供历史数据支持工装设计，并参与设计评审及预验收
• 协助工装、设备的现场安装与调试
• 记录并跟踪新品导入阶段的问题及改进进展

间接物料管理

• 负责焊接相关工具及设备的选型与技术确认
• 按流程完成采购申请，确保满足生产需求

 

任职要求

• 机械工程、材料成型或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备扎实的机械图纸识图和理解能力
• 熟练使用办公软件及工程工具（如 CAD、JT、Office 365 等）
• 具备一定数字化意识，能使用 Power BI 等工具者优先
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力及问题分析解决能力
• 对自动化及智能制造有较强兴趣，具有持续学习意愿
