Ark are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join the new business team to coordinate the team’s sales activities. Your role will include managing the CRM system as a super user and administrator, preparing proposals and tenders, organising follow ups, and chasing up on actions with internal and external stakeholders.

TO APPLY YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4 years + experience within a consultancy that demonstrated fast progression where you were highly entrusted with responsibilities
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar business development team environment within services or software business
  • Experience working with excel and databases or systems (HubSpot desirable)
  • Experience creating word documents and templates
  • Experience chasing and follow up
  • Proven skills to proofread proposals/tenders and modify them to client requirements
  • Track record for reliability, handling complexity and resourcefulness

JOB SPECIFICS

We are offering a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum with 23 days holiday.

This position is Hybrid working with 6-8 days a month at our London office. You will also be expected to attend 2 weekly social evenings with your team and fellow teams.
