The Associate will be a part of Focus' Partnerships team, and will play a vital role in supporting and driving growth for our partner firms in the rapidly evolving RIA sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of wealth management firms and contribute to their strategic development.
Primary Responsibilities
• Serve as a junior relationship manager to Focus partner firms, in a team-based delivery model
• Work directly with Focus firms ($500M - $100B+ in Assets Under Management) on strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve business efficiency, and improve sustainability
• Analyze P&L changes across firms and identify areas to drive change across our partner firms
• Support teamwide initiatives and projects to drive financial impact at Focus HQ
• Be a part of the most significant business transformation in the history of the RIA sector, through a unique lens at the intersection of strategy and execution for Focus partner firms
Qualifications
• 2-4 plus years of combined experience working in wealth management and / or consulting (with a focus on financial services)
• Understanding and knowledge of the RIA marketplace and RIA operations is a plus (but not required)
• Experience in business development, marketing, or financial analytics a plus
• Prior practice management or consulting experience a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to be a self-starter

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $125,000 - $150,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other reward may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
