Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, you will oversee workplace services across various locations, ensuring that all aspects of space planning, facilities management, safety compliance, and onsite support are effectively managed. Your typical day will involve leveraging tools and data to create efficient and high-quality environments that foster employee productivity and meet business needs. You will engage with multiple teams to ensure that the workplace is safe, functional, and well-managed, ultimately contributing to a positive work experience for all employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing workplace services and enhancing employee experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace solutions and make necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), DevOps, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of workplace management principles and best practices.
- Experience in space planning and facilities management.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and improve workplace efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
