Join Intermediate Capital Group and become part of our Warsaw Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in fund performance reporting. As a Fund Performance Reporting Associate, you'll be responsible for analysing and reporting on fund performance, shaping core processes, and supporting high-stakes decisions. Operating on a global stage, you'll have the opportunity to impact strategies and outcomes across our international portfolios of assets. We're looking for candidates with a strong track record in producing insightful performance analyses and detailed reporting, preferably with strategic experience in fund performance reporting within private equity or private debt markets.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Spearhead initiatives throughout the reporting cycle, enhancing the operational workflow and output quality.

  • Craft the initial drafts of our funds’ monthly and quarterly performance reports, setting the standard for excellence.

  • Refine analytical models with historical data, extracting narratives that guide decision-making.

  • Act as a crucial liaison, collecting and updating market and business commentaries that elevate our reporting cycles.

  • Facilitate the approval and publishing processes for reporting deliverables, ensuring approvers receive the highest quality outputs that meet our stringent standards.

  • Tackle ad hoc inquiries from a variety of stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses that reflect comprehensive data analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with the Data Management Team to optimize data utilization and integrity.

  • Guarantee that our reporting tools and systems are not just operational but cutting-edge, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Innovate within our reporting processes, implementing automation where possible to scale our capabilities with growing demands.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience of: 

  • A solid foundation of at least 3-5 years in Fund Reporting within the realm of Investment Fund Management, Fund Accounting, or Fund Administration Services. A background in Private Equity or Private Debt will set you apart.

  • A self-driven individual, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time independently, ready to excel in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Mastery in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, to navigate and elucidate complex datasets with tools like pivot tables.

  • A drive for professional development, with ongoing studies in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA viewed favourably.

  • Exceptional command of the English language, ensuring clarity and precision in all forms of communication.

Desirable, but not essential

  • Familiarity with ETL processes, particularly using SQL and Power Query, to streamline data integration.

  • Familiarity with VBA and DAX, adding depth to your analytical capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, leveraging its power to distil insights from data.

  • Awareness of ESG reporting standards, especially as outlined by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to finance.
