Summary
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Associate Manager / Senior Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders to assess current HR processes, capture requirements, and design scalable, technology-enabled solutions. The role involves leading teams, contributing to key design and delivery decisions, and supporting end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between business objectives and Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, including Redwood user experience enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Lead and manage teams to ensure high-quality delivery and performance.
Take ownership of team-level and project-level decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to drive solution design and delivery.
Provide functional leadership and resolve complex issues across Core HR and related modules.
Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Analyze and document current-state and future-state HR business processes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and transformation using Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Contribute to business cases, solution proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
Ensure adoption of Oracle Redwood experience and modern UX standards where applicable.


Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Proven experience in Core HR configuration, setup, and functional design.
Experience working on Oracle Redwood UI / UX enhancements.
Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have / Secondary Skills

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting (Recruitment Cloud).
Exposure to end-to-end HCM implementations or transformation programs.
Knowledge of HR business processes and operating models.


Additional Information
Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is mandatory.
This position is open for Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune locations.
A 15 years of full-time education is required.
