About the position:

In this role you will manage projects related to innovations, renovations, value creations, supply chain resilience, technology transfer & process improvements specifically in capacity and waste reduction.

You will develop the depth of technical knowledge within the manufacturing network, building the skills within the T&I team. You will be also responsible for assessing manufacturing impact on innovation and minput for business case and for mapping and building factory capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future by bringing and sharing a vision and strategy for the team and factory by providing open and inclusive communication and hands-on support if needed. 

You will be providing technical expertise to the operations and site network ensuring excellence by design:

  • Coordination factory functions to implement changes and mitigate risks.
  • Roll-out new process settings providing trainings on change management to operators.
  • Interface and support Engineering where process installations are being altered or introduced.
  • Ensuring the projects are launched within Zero Based Waste targets and expected operational efficiency.
  • Reviewing and updating changing over matrix, supported by R&D.
  • Troubleshooter for product, process, and packaging performance. Provide solutions to bottlenecks prior to commercial productions. 

Last but not least, you will be implementing efficient project tracking ensuring correct prioritization on day-to-day T&I tasks, identifying risks, and helping to shape a plan to put in place proportionate mitigation. 

 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?   

You are an ideal candidate if you have several years of experience in a similar role within Operations, Manufacturing or R&D in a food company and are now ready to go into a more hybrid role.

You have knowledge or experience in quality or product development and strong process & product validation background with a strong focus on project management.  

You are very proactive and are able to set up your own structured way of working. 

You are ready to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment & we will give you the full ownership you need to make a real impact.

Being fluent in Polish and English is a must.
