In this role, a typical day will include:

• Coordinate solutions’ definition & delivery across multiple delivery teams (Salesforce, RPA, Analytics, VC, SX and ACE Lighthouses) in close collaboration with business stakeholders, markets and delivery leads. 
• Projects KPI reporting, providing input for Quarterly Project Prioritization and Project Portfolio Status Meetings.
• Ensure that solutions’ deployment meet business goals and agreed roadmaps.
• Manage deployments according to adopted Alcon standards and procedures. 
• Ensure that developed solutions are tested, formally documented and signed off by business.
• Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed roadmap timelines and quality requirements.
• IT compliance framework understanding and business support on compliance processes 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• 3 years of IT or business project management experience, ideally in commercial area (sales, marketing and customer operations).
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile projects in international environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to perform under multiple priority work streams and projects with competing demands for resources.
• Overall understanding of commercial platforms and tools, e.g.: CRM, Robotics Process Automation, Analytics, e-commerce and Customer Service/Customer engagement tools.
• Experienced in working with global business stakeholders.
• Experience with working in Global IT projects involving various service delivery teams and external Vendors.
• Fluent English
