Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Invoicing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Johnson & Johnson Bogotá, Colombia. As an Invoicing Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our Order to Invoice Bogotá, Colombia division, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and supporting our financial operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Process and verify invoicing procedure ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient invoicing procedures.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to invoicing and financial operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Invoicing Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, financial systems, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
