This fast-paced role is ideal for a highly organised and creative individual who thrives on delivering impactful solutions, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across sales and marketing functions.

How You'll Shine

• Support the development, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives across multiple locations
• Create and manage innovative collateral including promotions, guest premiums, competitions, and marketing materials
• Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing programs, processes, and best practices
• Manage and maintain collateral assets, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy at all times
• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and supply of marketing materials across various regions
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality collateral and business solutions
• Assist senior leaders with presentations, communications, and reporting
• Test, audit, and ensure accuracy of all tools, systems, and program materials

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in sales and/or marketing operations, coordination, or program support (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, and invoicing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, public and school holidays or travel if required
