Job Summary:
The Vendor Scoring Analyst will be within the Quality Management and Controls function, specifically on vendor assessment. This is a remote role in a global team. The team has been given a unique mandate to ensure Accenture acts as responsibly when we buy AI as we do when we build it. This ongoing capability has had to be built from scratch, and is a market first – providing AI assessment and assurance across 40k vendors globally. This role will report into Delivery leadership in the team responsible for executing assessment on our global vendor pool, establishing false negative testing, routine reporting and deploying innovative use of tools to ensure our team delivers on objectives. In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:
The work:
Work with the Governance and Monitoring Lead to set the parameters for manual testing of scoring
Support the identification of in-scope vendors for manual assessment
Conduct desktop research into vendor scoring to lead recommendations as to suitability and identify cases where there is a genuine rationale for change
Prepare business justification for changes to vendor scoring and lead the presentation of these to stakeholders, to drive sign-off
Support wider strategy relating to re-assessment cycle
Support the design and setup of negative news scanning
Support the design of an ongoing, market leading Monitoring capability
Additional Information:
This role sits within Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team, part of the Global Data & AI Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.

Must Have Skills:
Fluency in English (both written and oral)

Consulting skills designing/implementing operating models, governance structures and controls
Experience (Proven Experience):
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in corporate governance and risk management, procurement and global vendor management, government/legislative development bodies, regulators, standards bodies
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across diverse global teams
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
You May Also Need:
Prior experience or profile in the field of Responsible / Ethical AI, or closely related areas (advantageous)
Legal experience / academic background
Preferred candidates will demonstrate some background in consulting or relevant industries, with especially desirable skillsets including:
Experience in government/legislative development bodies, regulators, standards bodies, in designing and implementing operating models, risk management controls, governance structures and controls in any of these areas, or multilateral collaborative groups
Experience in corporate governance and risk management
Experience with procurement and global vendor management
Experience in more regulated industries such as FS or H&PS
As a member of a corporate team focused on Responsible AI
As an academic focused not just on the theory but also on the practical application of Responsible AI
Experience developing comms for senior stakeholders
Essential to have some experience of work including the following skillsets:
Desktop research
Business analysis
AI tooling awareness
AI risks and RAI awareness
Experience/knowledge of relevant legislation and standards such as EUAIA, NIST, ISO
