We are looking for a strong sales talent that drives an established brand with an upcoming new indication to the next level.  In this role, you will identify and unlock growth opportunities, cultivate trusted partnerships with office-based general practitioners and design tailored business development strategies to deliver ambitious, measurable results. Accountabilities

• Represent AstraZeneca standards and values in all external interactions
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the managed portfolio
• Develop and implement strategies and business concepts aligned with account needs, including defining objectives, milestones, and measures
• Identify, build, and further develop network structures (physicians, patients, diagnostics, etc.)
• Forge strategic partnerships and provide support to key stakeholders
• Conduct highly scientific, customer- and patient-focused discussions
• Deliver internal and/or external specialist presentations as required
• Engage in continuous development in science, sales, and systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with franchise leads, sales managers, field colleagues, brand teams, and patient safety
• Share market insights to help drive marketing, sales, and medical excellence
• Mentor colleagues as appropriate
• Complete monthly reports, including competitive analysis and intelligence
• Perform segmentation and targeting activities
• Plan, manage, and take responsibility for budgets

Essential Skills/Experience

• Pharmareferentenprüfung  nach § 72 AMG,  or a scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or veterinary medicine
• Knowledge of Austrian pharmaceutical and healthcare market
• Proven sales, account management, and negotiation skills
• Advanced product and therapy expertise
• Excellent planning, management, and presentation abilities
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus, teamwork, and results-driven mindset
• Outstanding selling and negotiation abilities
• Confident, resilient, and flexible approach
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Category B driving license
• High motivation, attention to detail, able to perform under pressure
