Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with internal teams and staff to carry out day-to-day communication and marketing tasks that support engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Create and deliver content across multiple channels, including website updates, newsletters, emails, social media posts, print materials, signage, and event support. Follow established workflows to move projects from draft to final, including coordinating reviews and approvals.
Track project timelines and keep materials organized to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Assist with basic budget tracking as needed.
Support content development such as writing, editing, and formatting marketing materials, as well as contributing to video and digital projects.
Help gather information and feedback to evaluate communication efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide general support on communications and marketing projects as needed.
