🔎 Your Role

As an Oracle ERP Functional Accounting Hub (FAH) Consultant, you will:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

• Partner with Finance & IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design accounting solutions

• Configure accounting rules, mappings, and event-based accounting flows

• Validate Chart of Accounts (COA) structures and ensure compliance

• Support integrations with General Ledger and upstream systems

• Execute SIT & UAT with reconciliation

• Deliver functional documentation and post-go-live support

• Act as a trusted advisor ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable accounting processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) functional experience

Core FAH Expertise:

• Strong hands-on configuration of:

  • Accounting rules

  • Mappings

  • Journal line definitions

  • Event-based accounting flows

Record-to-Report (R2R):

• Solid understanding of end-to-end R2R processes

• Ability to design accounting flows across:

  • Source systems

  • Subledgers

  • FAH

  • General Ledger

Accounting Structures:

• Experience with Chart of Accounts (COA) validation

• Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) concepts

Documentation & Communication:

• Functional Design Documents (FDD)

• Accounting mapping documentation

• Strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and technical teams

Integration Exposure:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Non-Oracle source systems

• Understanding of accounting data ingestion patterns

Compliance & Finance Knowledge:

• Revenue accounting

• Regulatory and audit-driven environments

• Financial compliance standards
