As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its reporting goals.

  • Converts and automates existing reports from legacy reporting platforms to Tableau, as well as enhancing and developing existing and new reports as assigned.

  • Researches, plans, recommends, and implements dashboards and data visualization in Tableau to meet the stakeholders’ business requirements.

  • Supports multiple business areas with the understanding of business and data requirements, and iteratively designs visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented for feedback.

  • Draws upon a full range of Tableau features to design, develop, enhance, and support Tableau visualizations including, but not limited to, interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

  • Builds and publishes interactive Tableau reports and dashboards along with data refresh scheduling.

  • Creates Tableau Scorecards, Dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, line/pie graphs, Gantt charts, etc.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or similar field

  • 4+ years of enterprise level business analytics and reporting

  • Experience with Tableau visualization and formula writing

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present data and findings

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of large healthcare data sets and concepts is preferred.

You will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence.
